Old Mondarlezo

Words from the founder

Dear all

Below are the screen shots of our old Mondarlezo websites. They captured the 1st generation of Mondarlezo history until 2012.

Mondarlezo is incorporated in 2003 to undertake the crystalisation of the Internet Open House (i-Open-House) concept. It was only in 2010 that we started to revisit the whole idea and set our new direction. In 2012, we reinvented ourselves.

Overall, we did not do well financially. However, we are pleased that we did hang on for the past 10 years or so to gain intangible rewards. Some of our clients have become our friends. One of the greatest achievements for us, as a little tiny company, was being the exclusive virtual tour partner of NationProperty Portal, which is ran and managed by Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV). NationProperty Portal was endorsed by the Ministry of National Development of Singapore (MND) and was used at the government agencies' websites like the Housing Development Board (HDB), Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), eCitizen (a Government Portal) and Singapore Tourism Board's (STB) Singapore Education. We are indeed honoured and felt a sense of achievement as our goal was to promote efficiency and productivity in the real estate agent industry. In short, we did not regret doing it. We will regret if we did not do it.

When one chapter closes another chapter opens. We thank those of you who have helped us, worked with us, trusted us, used our services, partnered with us, criticised us, rejected us, provided us feedbacks and also those who have been watching us.

It was a journey of experiencing and learning for us in the last decade or so. Looking forward to have future dealings with you again when the opportunity arises. Once more, thank you all.
