Mondarlezo Cyber Media Pte Ltd (Mondarlezo) is a Singapore company that was registered in year 2003. It is a 100% family owned business. The company and the management are independent from any real estate agency and we do not have any dealing in real estate brokerage business.
Mondarlezo was setup as an IT company to undertake the crystalisation of the i-Open-House concept and system which was conceptualised in year 2001. Basically, we are in the business of providing Internet virtual tour service in Singapore. We started to implement the i-Open-House concept in the Real Estate industry and has been supporting the Real Estate Agent and Agency industry ever since. Over the years, we have created more services to cater for our client's need.
When it first started, there were no similar business to look up to, and hence through hard knocks and experiences gained over the years, Mondarlezo has evolved and improved to what it is today. It is humble during its start up, and with the support of its customers and its handful of dedicated staff, Mondarlezo was able to be "alive" and kept going over the years. Since then, almost 99% of Mondarlezo business are referral business.
Mondarlezo is proud and honored to be the exclusive partner in providing the GoViewing (virtual tour) in the widely known Nation Property Portal - A One Stop Property Information Hub - for Property Sellers, Buyers, Agents & Investors. We are endorsed by SISV (Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers) Services , which is powering the NationProperty.sg portal (supported by various government agencies). Government websites like HDB (Housing Development Board), URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority), eCitizen (a Government Portal), Singapore Tourism Board's (STB) Singapore Education are using NationProperty.sg.
This property portal was officially launched on the 14th April 2007 by Dr Amy Khor (Mayor, South West District & Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Environment and Water Resources), and the SISV Services Pte Ltd board of directors and management, at NTUC Centre, 1 Marina Boulevard.
Mondarlezo also shares the same mission and motivation of SISV Services Pte Ltd, the wholly-owned subsidiary and commercial arm of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), to enhance and upgrade the IT knowledge and skill of the real estate agents. Mondarlezo has taken part in many CEHA (Common Examination of House Agents) courses organised by SISV Services to bring awareness of how real estate agents can make use of Internet in their course of business.
